You can now rely on the same folks that do all of the instrument customization for Kala Artists. These are the same professional technicians that set up every Kala Acoustic-Electric U-Bass and build and set up the American-Made U-Bass Solid Bodies.
Every instrument that comes to the Kala Custom Shop for service receives a thorough cleaning and polishing using a high-quality instrument polish. The turn-around time for most services is within 2-3 weeks, although some services can take a little longer.
All services include shipping to the Kala Custom Shop in California and shipping back to the customer.

Fill out a complete Kala Service Request Form for your instrument type.
A Kala Service Representative will contact you to verify your needs and to secure payment.
You will be emailed a shipping label for your instrument.
Drop off your instrument at your local shipping center.
The Kala Custom Shop will receive your instrument.
The Kala Custom Shop will provide all of the requested services.
The Kala Custom Shop will ship your instrument back to you.
